Stripe Connect is not available on our current Stripe account, and we are working to get it resolved. Until it is, retention offers cannot be applied to subscriptions automatically. Your cancellation flows keep working, and feedback and reason analytics are unaffected. If this is affecting you, contact support and we will extend your plan free of charge until it is fixed.
